This is the guest registration page for the 6/6/21 autocross at Devens airfield. If you have reached this page looking to register to drive at this event please do not use this page.
You will be required to either create a Motorsport Reg account or sign into your existing account to sign up as a guest. Please fill out all necessary information as we need to maintain the contact information of everyone at the event for contract tracing purposes!
No payment is required, this is simply so we can maintain contract tracing information as required by Devens airfield.
COVID 19 Precautions:
We will be operating under the MA. COVID 19 Guidelines applicable on the day of the event, so our events will be significantly different than what you have experienced in the past. Specific detailed instructions and required procedures will be provided with the confirmation e-mail sent out to registrants several days before the event, but there are several requirements with which you will need to be aware before you register:
- Only registered drivers, club staff, and registered guests will be allowed at the event.
- The registered driver, registered guest, or club staff are the only ones allowed in a specific car. All registered drivers, guests, and club staff will wear masks if in the car together.
- Loaner helmets will be provided on a first-come, first-serve basis. Anyone borrowing a helmet will maintain that helmet all day, will not allow any other member or guest to use that helmet, and will return the helmet at the end of the event. Helmets will be sanitized before and after the event by club staff.
- Registrants to provide their own face masks, and encouraged to provide hand sanitizer inside their car for their personal use. We will provide hand sanitizer, and sanitizing wipes at the cone stations and other locations, and a small supply of masks in case your dog ate yours.
- You will be screened at the gate for COVID-19 symptoms, and you will not be able to participate if you are ill.
